Cottages ready from 4.30pmon day of arrivaland to be vacated by 9.30amon day of departure.
Any damages or extra cleaning to be paid for at the owners discretion.
Guests cars parked at their own risk.
Guests are responsible for the security of their own belongings,owners accept no liability.
This is a working farm so children must be supervised at all times.
Cottages comply with all fire safety regulations.
